🕒 Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags intact

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Supported by a full unboxing video (from package opening to product display) — this is mandatory for any return or exchange request

Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

📦 How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

⚠️ Please do not return items without first contacting us — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong items delivered

A clear unboxing video is required in both cases.

If your exchange is approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all jewelry items are generally non-returnable unless they are received damaged or incorrect.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items bought during sale or promotions

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to:

  • The original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

  • Your bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Refund timeline: 8–15 business days after the return is received and approved.

❌ Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
